摘    要:目的]确定生物絮凝剂产生菌的最优培养条件。方法]以啤酒废水为培养基,研究了CODCr浓度、辅助氮源、无机盐、pH值及培养时间等培养条件对F-12絮凝活性的影响。结果]CODCr浓度为10000mg/L时,F-12的絮凝率最高,为80.04%。以(NH4)2SO4、NaNO3为氮源生产的F-12的絮凝率高于83.00%;以(NH4)2SO4为氮源生产的F-12的絮凝率最高,为84.51%。(NH4)2SO4的加入量为0.2g/L时,F-12的絮凝率最高,为88.21%。KH2PO4可将F-12的絮凝率提高到91.06%;Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe2+对其絮凝活性有一定的抑制作用。当培养基初始pH值为6.0~9.0时,F-12的絮凝率高于88.00%;当pH值为7.0时,其絮凝率最高,为94.02%。F-12的絮凝活性在第2天达最大值,为96.24%。结论]F-12的最优产生条件为:1LCODCr浓度10000mg/L的啤酒废水中加入0.2g(NH)SO、0.2gKHPO,培养基初始pH值为7.0,30℃和150r/min条件下摇床培养48h。
