摘    要:目的]探讨组织培养中天麻与蜜环菌的共生机理。方法]通过用蜜环菌(Arimillia mellea)的胞内提取物、胞外提取物及活蜜环菌对天麻进行培养,分析天麻(Gastrodia elata Blume)培养前后重量变化,研究这3种添加物对天麻生长的影响作用,探讨蜜环菌与天麻在细胞培养体系中的共生机理。结果]蜜环菌胞内提取液对天麻生长呈一定的抑制作用;蜜环菌胞外提取液对天麻生长起到了促进作用,但不如活体蜜环菌的作用大。结论]活体蜜环菌对天麻生长的影响更大。

Study on Symbiotic Mechanism between Gastrodia elata Blume and Arimillia mellea in Tissue Culture System

Abstract:Objective]To discuss the symbiotic mechanism between Gastrodia elata Blume and Arimillia mellea in tissue culture system.Method]By culturing Gastrodia elata Blume in the medium with Arimillia mellea extracellular extracts,intracellular extracts and live Arimillia mellea in respectively and analyzing the variance of the weight of Gastrodia elata Blume after being cultured,the symbiotic mechanism between Gastrodia elata Blume and Arimillia mellea was investigated.Result]Intracellular extracts of Arimillia mellea inhibited the growth of Gastrodia elata Blume,and the extracellular extracts and live Arimillia mellea were beneficial to its growth,whereas the effect of live Arimillia mellea was stronger.Conclusion]It is concluded that living Arimillia mellea could favor the growth of Gastrodia elata Blume more effectively.
