摘    要:目的]进一步丰富细鳞鱼养殖生物学内容,为其规模化养殖提供基础.方法]在水温9.2 ~15.2℃水温条件下,采用3种不同的驯化方式驯养体重(0.055±0.003)g的细鳞鱼鱼苗60d,研究不同开口饵料和驯化方法对细鳞鱼仔、稚鱼生长和存活的影响,确定最适开口饵料和最优驯化方案.结果]经过60d投喂,C组细鳞鱼体重的特定生长率为5.21%/d,明显大于A组和B组;A、B、C组细鳞鱼的死亡率分别为32.37%、32.27%和37.47%,差异不显著(P>0.05);A、B、C组细鳞鱼体重的变异系数分别为16.8%、20.3%和12.9%.结论]水蚤是细鳞鱼较为理想的开口饵料,但在细鳞鱼规模化养殖中以粉料开口,采用粉料和颗粒饲料投喂(C组)是更为合理的驯化方式.

Effects of Different Cultivation Methods on the Growth and Survival of Larval and Juvenile Brachymystax lenok

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to further enrich the biological knowledge of Brachymystax lenok aquaculture and provide foundation for its large-scale cultivation.Method] At water temperature of 9.2-15.2 ℃,Brachymystax lenok seedlings with the body weight of (0.055 ± 0.003)were cultivated for 60 days by three different cultivation methods.The effects of different mouth-open feed and cultivation methods on the growth and survival of larval and juvenile B.lenok were studied to confirm the optimum mounth-open feed and the best cultivation method.Result] After 60 days,the specific growth ratio of body weight of B.lenok in C group was 5.21%/d,which was obvious higher than that in A group and B group.The mortality rates of B.lenok in A group,B group and C group were 32.37%,32.27% and 37.47% respectively,without significant difference (P > 0.05).The coefficients of variation of body weight of B.lenok in A group,B group and C group were 16.8 %,20.3 % and 12.9% respectively.Conclusion] Daphnia was a kind of good mouth-open feeding,and the reasonable cultivation method of B.lenok in large-scale cultivation was feeding with powder feed and granule feed(C group).
