摘    要:目的]明确菌株Ha1降解阿特拉津(AT)的最适环境因素.方法]采用液相色谱法测定降解体系中阿特拉津的残留量.结果]K+和Mg2+对菌株Ha1降解阿特拉津有促进作用,Cu2、cd2+等离子则抑制其降解功能的发挥;溶液的缓冲性、pH、温度、供氧方式、反应体系、菌株的浓度和氰尿酸(CA)对菌株Ha1降解阿特拉津有影响.结论]该研究结果为生物修复被阿特拉津污染的水环境奠定了理论基础.

Abstract: Objective ] It was cleared that the optimum environmental factors of strain Arthrobacter sp. Hal biodegradating atrazine. Method ]The atrazine residue in the system was determined with liquid chromatography. Result ] Atrazine biodegradation was significantly promoted by theaddition of K + or Mg2 + and significantly restrained by the addition of positive ion such as Cu2 + and Cdz + . The atrazine degraded by strains Halwas affected by metal ion, pH, temperature, oxygen, cell concentrations and cyanuric acid. Conclusion] The results laid the theoretical founda-tion for bioremediation of atraziue contamination in the water environment.
