黑龙江省拜泉县农村养老保障水平评价研究

伴随着城镇化进程的不断加快和发展,农村养老保障的发展越来越受到更多的关注.选取包括拜泉县在内的20个县域,通过对拜泉县的实地走访调查,选取了11个影响农村养老保障发展水平的因素,使其和其他县域进行对比分析,从而得出拜泉县农村养老保障发展在整个黑龙江省的大致的发展状况.运用主成分分析法,用SPSS统计软件进行分析出了现阶段拜泉县农村养老保障过程当中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了具有针对性的对策和建议.

Evaluation on Rural Old-age Security in Baiquan County,Heilongjiang Province

With the accelerating process of urbanization,the development of rural old-age security has attracted more and more attention.Selecting 20 counties,including Baiquan County,through interview and inve（st）igation,11 factors for influencing development level of rural oldage security were compared to obtain the development status of rural old-age security of Baiquan County in the whole of Heilongjiang Province.By using principal component analysis,using SPSS statistical software,the existing problems were analyzed,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
