摘    要:磲式太阳能集热发电的效率最高、开发潜力最大,但其设备在工作时需要对太阳的位置进行跟踪,该跟踪精度直接影响设备的发电效率,这就对碟式太阳能自动跟踪系统的传动机构提出了较高的要求,而尽量提高设备的跟踪精度是极其必要的.该文对一种碟式太阳能自动跟踪系统的传动机构进行了仿真分析,首先使用Pro/E软件建立三维模型;然后导入ADAMS软件中进行了动力学分析,最后得到输出传动机构驱动零部件的主要动力指数.根据分析结果,最终得到设备运行的动力特性曲线,为进一步了解和优化机构跟踪提供理论依据.

Abstract:The dish solar thermal collectors has the highest efficiency of power generation and the largest potential for development, but its e-quipment need to tracking the sunposition when it functioning, which directly affects the power generation efficiency of tracking precision equip-ment, so improving the tracking accuracy of the equipment is extremely necessary. The simulation analysis was conducted on transmission mecha-nism of a kind of dish solar energy automatic tracking system, the first use of Pro / E software to establish three-dimensional model ; then importADAMS software for dynamic analysis; last output the main motivation index of the transmission mechanism drive parts. According to the resultsof analysis, ultimately get the dynamic characteristics of equipment operation, to provide a theoretical basis for further understanding and optimi-zation agencies tracking.
