摘    要:目的]以定心藤为原料,研究超声耦合乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系提取定心藤总黄酮最佳工艺.方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验对影响定心藤的料液比、硫酸铵浓度、乙醇浓度和超声时间等因素进行探讨.结果]影响定心藤总黄酮提取因素的主次顺序为乙醇浓度>超声时间>硫酸铵浓度>料液比,最优提取条件为乙醇浓度80%、料液比1∶50、超声时间30 rmin、硫酸铵质量浓度为0.30g/ml,在此条件下,定心藤总黄酮得率为2.02%.结论]该研究可为定心藤总黄酮提取工艺的设计提供一定的理论依据.

Abstract: Objective ] With Mappianthus iodioides as raw material, the research aimed to study the flavonoids extraction process from Mappi-anthas iodioides by ultrasonic-assisted alcohol-ammonium sulphate aqueous two-phase system. Method ] To determine the optimal extractionconditions, the effect of the conditions, such as the ethanol concentration, the solid-liquid ratio, the amount of the ammonium sulfate, the ul-trasonic time, were studied by the single factor experiment and the orthogonal test. Result] The results showed that the order of factor to af-fect total flavones extraction was ethanol concentration 〉 ultrasonic time 〉 ammonium sulfate concentration 〉 material to extraction solution ra-tion. The optimum extracting conditions were as follows the volume fraction of alcohol 80%, solid to solution ratio of 1 : 50, ultrasonic time 30rain, the ammonium sulfate 0.3 g/ml. At the optimum conditions, the extraction rate of the flavonoids could reach 2.02%. Conclusion] Thestudy provides the theoretical basis for the flavonolds extraction process of Mappianthus iodioides.
