摘    要:目的]探讨铅对烟草种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。方法]以烟草品种V2、云烟85和云烟87的种子为试材,通过测定种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数并计算其活力指数获得数据,利用SAS软件分析数据并建立了烟草种子活力与铅浓度的预测模型。结果]Pb浓度为150mg/L时,V2的种子发芽势显著低于对照。当Pb浓度为200mg/L时,3个品种的种子发芽势均显著低于对照。随着Pb浓度的增加,幼苗的苗长显著缩短,干重显著下降。发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和苗高的回归预测模型分别为Y1=89.69-11.21X3-3.83X4-4.89X2X3-5.17X2X4;Y2=55.78-12.94X1+5.64X2-71.76X3-14.67X4-7.55X1X3+26.67X1X4-10.17X2X4+19.43X1X5;Y3=22.26+4.46X1-1.53X2-3.45X3-0.54X4-0.73X1X3-0.83X2X3-0.72X2X4;Y4=0.14-0.04X1+0.04X2-0.18X3-0.06X4+0.02X5-0.02X2X3+0.06X1X4-0.05X2X4+0.07X1X5-0.02X2X5。结论]该研究为预报铅污染对烟草种子萌发的毒害效应提供了参考。
