| 摘 要： | 以山药组织为研究对象，测量介电常数随交变电场频率变化的特性。研究表明，在工作电压为1V时，同一厚度的山药组织介电常数随频率的增加呈整体减小趋势；对应同一频率，介电常数随厚度的增加呈增长趋势；每一厚度的山药组织介电常数均出现3个极小值．随厚度的增加介电常数的各极小值对应的频率基本不变。
