摘    要:【摘要】[目的]对林蛙致病菌进行分离鉴定,并对其药物敏感性及与益生菌间的作用进行研究。[方法]从患病的林蛙中分离到1株致病菌LWS1,通过APIID32GN系统(细菌自动鉴定系统)鉴定为解藻朊酸弧菌(Vibroalginolyticus),然后进行药敏试验和拮抗试验。[结果]药敏试验表明,菌株对青霉素G、苯唑青霉素、氨苄青霉素、新生霉素、万古霉素等不敏感,对头孢噻吩、氧氟沙星、卡那霉素等中度敏感,对氯霉素、舒普深、先锋必、痢特灵等高度敏感。拮抗试验表明,益生菌枯草芽孢杆菌、丁酸梭菌对该菌株具有抑制作用。[结论]可以考虑筛选枯草芽孢杆菌等益生菌来预防林蛙烂口病的发生。
