| 摘 要： | 【摘要】［目的］对林蛙致病菌进行分离鉴定，并对其药物敏感性及与益生菌间的作用进行研究。［方法］从患病的林蛙中分离到1株致病菌LWS1，通过APIID32GN系统（细菌自动鉴定系统）鉴定为解藻朊酸弧菌（Vibroalginolyticus），然后进行药敏试验和拮抗试验。［结果］药敏试验表明，菌株对青霉素G、苯唑青霉素、氨苄青霉素、新生霉素、万古霉素等不敏感，对头孢噻吩、氧氟沙星、卡那霉素等中度敏感，对氯霉素、舒普深、先锋必、痢特灵等高度敏感。拮抗试验表明，益生菌枯草芽孢杆菌、丁酸梭菌对该菌株具有抑制作用。［结论］可以考虑筛选枯草芽孢杆菌等益生菌来预防林蛙烂口病的发生。
