外源NAA对芍药切花衰老的影响

目的]通过探讨外源NAA对芍药切花衰老的影响,为NAA在芍药切花保鲜中的应用提供参考。方法]把选取好的芍药切花分别放于含0、0.1、0.3、0.5 mg/L NAA的保鲜液中,观察切花的外观形态、瓶插寿命、花茎腐烂度以及质膜透性的变化。结果]试验结果表明,经过NAA处理的芍药切花花色比对照组鲜艳,花枝硬挺,花茎出现腐烂的时间比对照延迟。含低浓度NAA的保鲜剂可延长切花寿命。其中,以含0.3 mg/L NAA的保鲜剂保鲜效果最好,瓶插寿命可延长3 d。结论]NAA对芍药切花的衰老具有延缓作用,且以浓度0.3 mg/L处理效果最佳。

Effect of Exogenous NAA on the Peony Cut Flower Senescence

Objective] The aim was to discuss the effect of exogenous NAA on the peony cut flower senescence,and provide some reference for application of NAA in the storage of peony cut flower.Method] Peony cut flowers were put in the NAA preservative solution: 0,0.1,0.3 and 0.5 mg/L,and observed the changes of morphology,vase life,stem decay degree and electric membrane permeability.Result] The results showed that the flower color of peony cut flower treated with NNA was more brilliant than control,flower branch is hard and the decay time of flower stem is delayed compared with control.Low NAA concentration could prolong vase life of peony cut flower.Among them,0.3 mg/L NAA was most obvious,it could prolong 3 days.Conclusion] NAA had delaying effects on peony cut flower senescence,0.3 mg/L NAA had the best effect.
