摘    要:目的]研究土壤中砷和汞同时测定的优化方法。方法]采用王水对样品进行消解,选择最佳仪器测定条件,优化还原剂和酸的用量,应用双道原手荧光光度计测定土壤中砷和汞的含量。结果]结果表明,原子荧光光度法检出限分别为砷0.13μg/L,汞0.03μg/L;回收率分别为砷96.1%~111.0%,汞90.0%~119.5%。结论]该研究方法操作高效、简便、快速、灵敏度高,适用于土壤中砷、汞的同时测定。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to study the optimum method of simultaneous detection of mercury and arsenic in soil samples.Method]After the sample was digested by aqua regia(1+1),arsenic and mercury in soil were determined by dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry,using optimum working conditions of apparatus and amount of reductant and acid.Result]The results showed that the detection limits of arsenic and mercury was 0.13 μg/L and 0.03 μg/L.The recovery rate of As was 96.1%-111.0%,and Hg was 90.0%-119.5%.Conclusion]It was proved that this method is efficient,simple,rapid and high sensitivity,and practicable for simultaneous detection of mercury as well as arsenic in soil samples.
