摘    要:以河南省常用的29个玉米自交系为材料,利用SRAP分子标记技术对河南省玉米种质遗传多样性及杂种优势群进行划分,对河南省主要的审定玉米品种亲本间遗传距离及杂种优势模式进行分析.结果表明:29个玉米自交系比较丰富多态,可分为四大类群,7个亚群,分析结果与系谱亲缘关系基本一致.类间平均遗传相似系数均小于类内平均遗传相似系数,分类合理.SRAP标记可用于玉米杂种优势群的划分.

Abstract:With 29 maize inbred lines utilized popularly in Henan,the genetic diversities and heterosis groups of Henan maize gerplasm were classified by SRAP molecular markers.The genetic distance between parents and heterosis patterns of main popularized maize hybrids in Henan were analyzed.Based on the analyzed results of SRAP,29 inbred lines were classified into 4 groups,7 sub-groups.The clustering result was consistent with pedigree relationship.Average genetic resembled coefficients among groups were smaller than that within groups,showing the classification was reasonable.It is concluded that SRAP markers could be applied to classification.
