| 摘 要： | 开展土地利用总体规划实施评价，有利于推进规划管理体系的完善，提高规划的科学性、合理性。该研究运用层次分析法、专家咨询法等构建评价指标体系，通过构建多因素综合评判模型对指标体系进行量化计算，并以勐罕镇土地利用总体规划（2010—2020年）为例，对该总体规划的实施效果进行了评价。研究结果表明，多因素综合评判模型可行，能够为土地利用规划决策提供重要支撑。

On Implement Evaluation of Overall Plan for Land Utilization |

| Abstract: | It is conducive to advance planning and management system perfection to carry out implement evaluation of integrated land-use planning. What＇ s more, it is more scientific and rational in making the planning. By using the analytic hierarchy process and export consulta- tion method, the evaluation index system was constructed. And quantum computation of evaluation index system was porformed by building multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model. Taking integrated land-use planning of Menghan Town during 2010 -2020 as example, the im- plementation effect was evaluated. The results showed that the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model is feasible and can provide impor- tant support for land use planning decision-making. |
