摘    要:目的]筛选桉树优良杂交组合。方法]从东门林场矮化种子园中选取15个无性系作母本,从第一代种子园中选取21个桉树家系作父本,采用巢式遗传交配设计方式进行人工控制授粉,获得的杂交种子育苗建立试验,对桉树巢式交配2.5年生杂交子代的树高、胸径和单株材积3个生长性状进行遗传分析。结果]树高、胸径和单株材积的差异在母本间、母本内父本间都达到显著水平;母本间一般配合力有差异,表现较好的有5个,最好的是无性系DH33—27,其胸径、树高、材积的GCA效应值分别为1.220、0.870、0.011,其次为DH207—3、DH107—1、DH86—1、DH187—10;杂交组合SCA也有差异,说明GCA与SCA有一定的关联又相对独立。结论]以单株材积为选择目标,根据单株材积GCA、SCA2个效应值分析,优选出6个组合,分别为519、473、447、442、526、497。

Combining Ability Analysis of Eucalyptus Hybrid Progeny Obtained by Nested Mating Design

Abstract: Objective ] The purpose was to screen superior hybridized combinations of Eucalyptus. Method ] The study trial was established in Dongmen Forest Farm using Eucalypt hybrid seedlings. The hybrid seeds were obtained by artificial pollination with nest - mode mating de- sign where 15 Eucalypt clones from a dwarfed seed orchard were selected as female parents and 21 Eucalypt families from a 1st generation seed orchard were selected as male parents. The genetic analysis for three growth traits, including tree height (HT) , diameter at breast height (DBH) and individual volume (VOL) was carried out in nested mating design Eucalyptus hybrid progenies at the age of 2.5 years. Result] There were significant differences (P 〈 O. 05 ) in HT, DBH and VOL among female parents and among male parents. The general combining ability (GCA) was different among female parents. The clone DH33 -27 had the highest GCA, with the GCA value for DBH, HT and VOL being 1. 220, 0.870, 0. 011 respectively, following by DI-I207 - 3, DH107 - 1, DH86 - 1, DH187 - 10. The special combining ability (SCA) was also different. It was indicated that GCA and SCA were relatively independent while their correlation occurred in a certain extent. Conclusion] Six.best performing combinations were selected according to the GCA and SCA of VOL, namely 519, 473, 447, 442, 526, 497.
