新形势下种子经营与管理课程教学改革与实践

结合目前我国种业市场现状和课程特点，分析了种子经营与管理课程教学中存在的问题，包括教材内容滞后，卖践教学缺乏，并从优化课程体系，改进教学方法，加强实践教学环节，完善考核方法等方面，探讨了种子经营与管理课程教学改革。实践证明：课程改革激发了学生的学习兴趣，调动了学生学习的积极性与主动性，提高了学生的社会实践能力。

Teaching Reform and Practice of Seed Business and Management Course under the New Situation

Combined with seed industry status and curriculum characteristics in China, the existing problems in teaching of Seed Business and Management were analyzed, such as teaching material lagging behind, lack of practice teaching and so on. From aspects of optimizing curricu- lum system, imp~ving teaching method, strengthening practice teaching, perfecting assessment method, the teaching reform of Seed Business and Management Course was discussed. The practice proved that the course reform stimulates students＇ learning interest, mobilizes the enthu- siasm and initiative of students, and improves students＇ social practice ability.
