摘    要:近年来,迅速发展起来的以中药提取物制备中成药的生产工艺已成为中药生产工业的重要组成部分。中药提取工艺的先进与否不仅与产品疗效有关,还直接影响物耗和成本。对中药车间提取工艺关键技术进行了介绍,并对提取物进行抑菌试验。结果表明,使用车间提取工艺提取中药,有效成分的提取率为25.70%。该抗菌免疫双效复方中草药对绿脓杆菌有明显的抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌有抑菌效果,但不明显,而对金黄色葡萄球菌无抑菌作用。

The Extracted Production Process of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine and Bacteriostatic Test

Abstract:The production process developing rapidly in recent years in the preparation of Chinese medicine with traditional Chinese medicine has been an important part of production industry of Chinese medicine. The extraction technology of Chinese medicine whether or not advanced is not only correlated with the efficacy of production, but also directly affected the material consumption and cost. The key technology of ex- traction technology in the workshop was introduced in detail, and the bacteriostatic test for the extract was made. The result showed that the extraction rate of effective component was 25.70% if used the extraction technology in the workshop. The compound herbal medicine had sig- nificant antibacterial effect on the Pseudomonas aeruginosa, inconspicuous antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli, and no effect on Staphylococ
