摘    要:目的]为解除桔梗种子休眠提供方法。方法]以桔梗种子为材料,设GA3、NAA、6-BA各6个浓度梯度处理,不做预处理为对照,研究了不同处理的种子萌发情况。结果]50~250 mg/L GA3溶液浸泡种子24 h,可以促进种子萌发。与对照相比,GA3浸种后种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均显著提高,以250 mg/L GA3浸种24 h处理效果最佳。与对照相比,不同浓度的NAA溶液浸泡后种子发芽率、发芽势发芽指数有升有降;与蒸馏水处理相比,NAA浸种处理后种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均有所降低。与对照相比,低浓度的6-BA处理可以明显促进种子发芽,而高浓度6-BA抑制桔梗种子萌发。与蒸馏水相比,不同浓度6-BA浸种后种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均有所下降。结论]250 mg/L GA3浸种24 h破除种子休眠的效果最佳。

Abstract:Objective] The study was to provide the method to break seed dormancy of Platycodon.Method] With seeds of Platycodon as tested material,each 6 concn treatments were set up for GA3,NAA and 6-BA with no pretreatment as CK to study the seed germination of different treatments.Result] Soaking seeds in the solution with 50-250 mg/L GA3 for 24 h could promote the seed germination.Compared to CK,the seed germination rate,vigour and index after soaking in GA3 solution were increased obviously and the treatment of soaking with 250 mg/L GA3 for 24 h had a best effect.Compared with CK,the seed germination rate,vigour and index after soaking in NAA solution with different concn.were increased partly and decreased partly.Compared with the treatment of distilled water,the seed germination rate,vigour and index after soaking in NAA solution were all decreased.Compared with CK,the treatment with low concn.of 6-BA could significantly promote seed germination,but the treatment with high concn.of 6-BA could restrain the seed germination.Compared with the treatment of distilled water,the seed germination rate,vigour and index after soaking with different concn.6-BA solution were all decreased.Conclusion] Soaking the seeds in solution with 50-250 mg/L GA3 for 24 h had a best effect of breaking seed dormancy of Platycodon.
