醇提板栗壳色素的热分析研究

摘    要:以30%乙醇溶液从板栗壳中提取得到板栗壳色素CSP I,采用热重、热重-红外联用及差示扫描量热法对板栗壳色素进行热分析研究。结果表明:板栗壳色素在200℃以下是相对稳定的,仅释放出少量的吸附水;在200℃以上会发生强烈的热裂解反应,分解出大量的水和二氧化碳。

Abstract:The pigment was extracted from chestnut shell with 30% alcohol/water and a pigment noted as CSP Ⅰ was obtained.The thermal decomposition of CSPⅠ was studied with thermogravimetry(TG),thermogravimetry-infrared(TG-IR),differential thermogravimetry(DTG) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) in N_2.The results indicated that CSP Ⅰ was stable in below 200 ℃ and only released a little water.CSP Ⅰ was decomposed in above 200 ℃ and released a great deal of compound of volatilities,such as water and carbon dioxide etc.
