摘    要:[目的]研究植物根际对重金属复合污染土壤酶活性的影响。[方法]通过盆栽试验,研究了在不同小麦生长时期重金属铜与镉、铅、锌复合作用对根区、非根区土壤脲酶活性的影响。[结果]在铜分别与镉、铅、锌的交互作用下,土壤脲酶活性随小麦的生长有下降趋势,根区脲酶活性总体上高于非根区。3种重金属交互作用类型对土壤脲酶活性的影响有所不同且受小麦生长时期的不同的影响,不同重金属交互作用类型对铜单独作用下土壤脲酶活性的影响也存在一定差异。铜其复合污染在小麦生长的抽穗期和成熟期对土壤脲酶活性的影响相对较小。[结论]该研究可为评价土壤重金属污染环境质量提供理论依据。

Effect of Associated-contamination of Cu and Other Metal on Soil Urease Ativity in Wheat Growth Process

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of rhizosphere on the urease activity in heavy metal contam inated soil.[Meth-od] The effect of associated-contam ination ofCu and Cd,Pb,Zn on soil urease activity in root zone and non-root zone were studied by pot cul-ture experiment.[Result] Soil urease activity treated by Cu and othermetals both in root zone and non-root zone decreased as the wheatwas growing up,and soil urease activity ofwheat root zone treated by associated-contam ination ofCu and othermetalwas higher than that ofwheat non-root zone.Compared with control group,the effect of different associated-contam ination type of Cu on soil urease activity was different at the different growth period ofwheat,and the effect of adding othermetal on urease activity treated by single Cu was different.Associated-con-tam ination of Cu and othermetal had little influence on soil urease activity at late growth stage ofwheat.[Conclusion] The research could pro-vide the theoretical basis for the quality evaluation of soil environment polluted by heavy metals.
