| 摘 要： | 以非均衡理论与生存理论为理论基础,研究了重庆、江西、湖南、安徽、湖北、陕西以及海南等省市土地市场供给与需求的状态。结果表明,1994～2005年,研究区域土地供给与土地需求处于非均衡状态,但土地市场供给与需求的非均衡度Z处于-0.1,0.1]的适度非均衡区域内,市场机制能够对土地资源进行优化配置。

| Abstract: | The state of land market supply and demand in Chongqing,Jiangxi,Hunan,Anhui,Hubei,Shaanxi and Hainan were studied based on disequilibrium theory and survival theory.The results indicated that land supply and demand were in the disequilibrium state during 1994-2005,but disequilibrium degree Z of land market supply and demand located in moderate disequilibrium areas,namely,-0.1,0.1],moreover,optimized configuration can be carried out for land resources by market mechanism. |
