蜂胶桑叶复合片对2型糖尿病病人糖脂代谢的调节作用

目的]研究蜂胶桑叶复合片对2型糖尿病患者血糖及血脂的影响。方法]采用自身对照及组间对照法,选择符合试验条件的2型糖尿病患者,连续试食蜂胶桑叶复合片35 d后,测定空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、尿糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果]试食35 d后试验组病人口渴多饮、多食易饥、倦怠乏力等糖尿病临床症状明显改善,症状积分极显著降低(P<0.01),试验组病人空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯含量较对照组及自身试食前均极显著降低(P<0.01);与试验前比较,试验组病人尿糖含量极显著降低(P<0.01);与对照组比较,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿糖含量无显著变化(P>0.05)。试食期间未见明显不良反应。结论]蜂胶桑叶复合片具有明显的辅助调节2型糖尿病病人糖脂代谢功能。

Effects of Propolis and Mulberry Leaf Complex Tablet on Glycometabolism and Lipid Metabolism of Type 2 Diabetics

Objective] The aim was to investigate the effects of propolis and mulberry leaf complex tablet on blood lipids and blood glucose of type 2 diabetics.Methods] Through self-control and inter-group control,the type 2 diabetics according with conditions took propolis and mulberry leaf complex tablet orally for 35d,and then their fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,urine glucose,cholesterol,triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein were detected.Result] After 35d of administration,the clinical symptom of diabetes such as thirsty,polydipsia,polyphagia,easy to hungry,tiredness and debility were improved significantly,symptom accumulated points decreased significantly(P<0.01);Compared with self-control and inter-group control,level of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,total cholesterol(TC) and triglyeride(TG) in the experiment group decreased significantly(P<0.01);Compared with that before experiment,level of urine glucose significantly decreased after the experiment(P<0.01);Compared with inter-group control,level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and urine glucose had no significant difference(P>0.05).During the study,there was no adverse effect appeared.Conclusion] Propolis and mulberry leaf complex tablet had evident function of regulating the glycometabolism and lipid metabolism.
