摘    要:目的]研究微生态制剂对斑点叉尾鮰血液学指标及饲料养分表观消化率的影响。方法]挑选健康斑点叉尾鮰,分为5组,Ⅰ组为对照,其余为试验组。试验组(Ⅱ~Ⅴ组)的日粮中分别添加100、300、500、700 mg微生态制剂(枯草芽孢杆菌)/kg饲料,饲喂60 d。对比各组斑点叉尾鮰血液学指标及饲料养分表观消化率。结果]试验组血液中血糖、白细胞、血红蛋白等指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅳ组血糖、血红蛋白含量最高;随着枯草芽孢杆菌添加量的增加,斑点叉尾鮰尿素氮呈显著降低趋势;试验组对饲料中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙、总磷的表观消化率均显著高于对照组,且Ⅳ组的消化率最高。结论]枯草芽孢杆菌能提高饲料养分表观消化率,提高血液运输氧的能力和免疫抗病能力,促进新陈代谢,且添加量为500 mg/kg饲料时,效果最佳。

Effects of Microecologics on Blood Parameters and Apparent Digestibility of Nutrient in Channel Catfish

Abstract:Objective]To study the effects of microecologics on blood parameters and apparent digestibility of nutrient in channel catfish.Method]Healthy channel catfish was divided into 5 groups.Group Ⅰ was control group,the others were experimental groups(Ⅱ-Ⅴ group)which fed with diet containing 100,300,500,700 mg microecologics,Bacillus subtilis per kg feed for 60 d.Blood parameters and apparent digestibility of nutrient in channel catfish among each group were compared.Result]Compared with the control group,the blood parameters including blood sugar,leukocyte and hemoglobin,etc in experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),especially the blood sugar and hemoglobin in group Ⅳ were in the highest level.Whereas,the urea nitrogen was decreased significantly(P<0.05) with the increase of Bacillus subtilis.The apparent digestibility of crude protein,crude lipid,calcium and total phosphorus in experimental groups was increased significantly,and experimental Ⅳ was in the highest level.Conclusion]Addition of Bacillus subtilis in diet could increase the apparent digestibility of nutrient,increase the transporting oxygen of blood and promote the metabolism of fish.The suitable addition of Bacillus subtilis in diet was 500 mg per kg feed.
