摘 要: | 利用山东省黄河下游流域局部生态地球化学调查的基础数据,对沾化冬枣的品质进行统计分析,以生态地球化学的观点研究了冬枣主要成分与对应土壤中微量元素之间的相互关系,从而了解微量元素的生态地球化学效应。结果表明,土壤B、Cr微量元素与冬枣的品质之间存在着密切的联系。微量元素对冬枣的食品安全生产具有积极意义。

Abstract: | Based on the data of ecological geochemical survey in lower Yellow River Basin,the quality of Zizyphus jujuba Mill was analyzed.In view of ecological geochemistry,the relationship between the main constituent of Zizyphus jujuba and the trace element in the soil was studied to open out the ecological geochemical effect of trace element.The results showed that boron and chromium in the soil had the close relation with the quality of Zizyphus jujuba,and the trace element had the positive significance for the food safety production of Zizyphus jujuba. |
