| 摘 要： | 研究柞蚕丝素粉对酒精性脂肪肝肝体比的影响及对脂类代谢的调节作用。测定肝体比、血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)。结果表明,与模型组比较,低、中和高剂量组均能不同程度地改善肝体比及血脂。柞蚕丝素粉对实验性酒精性脂肪肝有明显的保肝护肝的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper has researched the effect on ratio of liver weight and body weight,and improvement of fat metabolism.The indexes have been examined,such as ratio of liver weight and body weight,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C.The results show that all the treatments of low,medium and high dosage can improve the ratio and the fatty in blood.Tussah Fibroin Powder has significantly improvement on liver of AFL. |
