| 摘 要： | 目的]采用超声波法对湖北地黄中梓醇的提取工艺进行研究。方法]在单因素试验基础上,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比对湖北地黄中梓醇提取效果的影响;运用薄层色谱分析(TLC)法分别对湖北地黄根、茎、叶和生地黄中梓醇含量进行测定。结果]优化的工艺参数为:乙醇浓度70%,提取时间30 min,料液比1:40。TLC分析结果表明,张家界产湖北地黄叶中梓醇含量最高,为1.84%,其次是茎,为1.35%,根为1.29%,生地黄中梓醇含量最低,为0.44%。结论]为深入研究和开发湖北地黄提供依据。
