甜樱桃花芽形态分化观察

摘    要:目的]了解甜樱桃的花芽分化规律,为遵义甜樱桃的生产管理提供依据。方法]以结实期的7年生红灯、大紫、美早、砧木ZY-1为试材,利用石蜡切片法对遵义甜樱桃花芽进行显微观察。结果]从花芽分化开始到雌蕊原基分化完成,历时约80d。甜樱桃形态分化开始于5月中下旬,花序原基分化始于5月下旬到6月初,持续到6月底到7月上旬;萼片原基、花瓣原基、雄蕊原基的产生,相互间隔时间不长,萼片原基分化始于6月中下旬,花瓣原基分化始于6月底到7月上旬,雄蕊原基分化始于7月上中旬;雌蕊原基分化始于7月上中旬,8月底多数完成分化。7、8月是甜樱桃花芽形态分化的关键时期。结论]甜樱桃的花芽形态分化开始于5月下旬,集中在7—9月。
