摘    要:目的]为解决枸杞组织培养中的真菌污染问题。方法]在枸杞继代培养物中加入不同浓度的农用杀菌剂(50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂7、5%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂、25%甲霜灵可湿性粉剂)。经灭菌后,在光照12 h/d、光强2 000 lx、温度23℃的条件下,培养并观察材料的受污染与生长情况。结果]75%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂对枸杞组织培养过程中出现的真菌污染具有显著的防治效果,污染率仅10%,且枸杞培养物的生长情况良好。结论]找到了一种在枸杞组培快繁中既能有效防止真菌污染,又能在一定程度上促进组培苗生长发育的杀菌剂。

Control Effects on Fungal Pollution of Fungicide in Wolfberry Tissue Culture
Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to solve the problems of fungal pollution in wolfberry tissue culture.Method] The agricultural fungicides were added to wolfberry insubcultured callus(50% carbendazol wettable powder,75% mancozeb wettable powder,25% metalaxyl wettable powder).Based on the light time was 12 h/d and light intensity was 2 000 lx by sterilizing,the situations of pollution and growth were cultured and observed.Result] 75% mancozeb wettable powder has the significant control effect in wolfberry tissue culture,contamination rate was 10%,and wolfberry tissue has well growth condition.Conclusion] A fungicide was found,which can effectively prevent fungal pollution and promote the growth of tissue culture seedling.
