分子蒸馏精制肉桂油的研究

摘    要:目的]为精制肉桂油的高效提取提供理论依据。方法]采用刮膜式分子蒸馏技术精制肉桂油,研究温度、真空度、进料速度、刮膜转速对肉桂精油得率和纯度的影响,采用GC-MS对分离物中肉桂醛含量进行分析,确定分子蒸馏精制肉桂油的最佳工艺条件。结果]4个因素对试验的影响顺序为:真空度〉温度〉进料速度〉刮膜转速,理论最优组合为:蒸馏温度63℃,真空度50 Pa,进料速度1.0ml/min,刮膜转速320~340 r/min。根据综合评分结果和验证试验结果,确定分子蒸馏的最佳工艺条件为:蒸馏温度63℃,真空度50Pa,进料速度2.0 ml/min,刮膜转速270~290 r/min。在该条件下,肉桂精油的得率为92.14%,肉桂醛纯度为63.39%。所制肉桂油颜色由黄中带黑色转为淡黄色,色泽清亮,无可见悬浮物,香味纯净。结论]确定了分子蒸馏精制肉桂油的最佳工艺条件。

Study on the Purification of Cassia Oil with Molecular Distillation

Abstract:Objective] The reference for the high-efficiency extraction of purified cassia oil was provided through the experiment.Method] The technology of wiped film molecular distillation for the purification of cassia oil was studied.The effect of the operating parameters,such as distillation temperature,system pressure,feeding rate and agitating speed on the purity and yield of cassia oil were studied.The content of cinnamic aldehyde in isolates from cassia oil was analyzed with GC-MS and the appropriate process condition for the purification of cassia oil was gotten.Results] The order of four factors affecting the experimental result was system pressure>distillation temperature>feeding rate>agitating speed.The best combination was the distillation temperature,63 ℃;the system pressure,50 Pa;the feeding rate,1.0 ml/min and the agitating speed,320-340 r/min.According to the comprehensive evaluation and experimental result,the optimal technical condition for the purity of cassia oil was the distillation temperature,63 ℃;the system pressure,50 Pa;the feeding rate,2.0 ml/min and the agitating speed,270-290 r/min,under which,the purification of cassia oil was 92.14% and cinnamic aldehyde was 63.39%,and the product was with light clear yellow color,pure fragrance and without suspended solid.Conclusion] The optimal technical condition for the purity of cassia oil was determined.
