鸡与鹌鹑属间杂交种染色体核型分析

摘    要:采用胚胎法和外周血淋巴细胞培养法制备染色体标本,对鸡与鹌鹑属间杂交种染色体核型进行了研究.结果显示:杂交禽染色体数目为2n=78,但染色体形态存在差异,主要表现在No.1、No.4、No.6、No.8染色体上.No.1染色体,源于鸡的为m型,源于鹌鹑的为sm型;No.4染色体,源于鸡的为sm型,源于鹌鹑为的st型;No.6、No.8染色体,源于鸡的分别为sm、m型,源于鹌鹑的全为t型.来源于鸡与鹌鹑的染色体的核型差异可能导致了属间杂交种的杂种不育现象.

Abstract:Karyotype analysis was carried out on chicken-quail hybrids using the embryo and the peripheral lymphocyte culture techniques.The result showed that the chicken-quail hybrids had a diploid number of 78.But their positions of centromere of macrochromosomes were different from each other.NO.1 chromosome was metacentric,while that of quail was submetacentric.NO.4 chromosome was submetacentric,while that of quail was subtelocentric.Besides,NO.6 and NO.8 chromosome of chicken were submetacentric,and metacentric,respectively,whereas those of quail were all telocentric.Since the karyotypes between chicken and quail had these differences,their hybrids could not propagate.
