摘    要:利用常规观测资料和气象卫星、雷达、自动站等资料,对2013年6月15~16日发生在内蒙古巴彦淖尔市一次强降水过程进行诊断分析。结果表明,此次降水天气过程发生在“两槽一脊”环流背景下,高空短波槽引导西北涡北上影响河套地区,较好的水汽输送和强烈的水汽辐合是出现河套地区大雨的原因之一;正涡度平流和暖平流对河套地区上升运动的产生和维持提供了有利的动力条件,低层辐合、高层辐散的配置有利于强降水形成;在一定条件下,喇叭口地形可以加强上升运动并使降水时间延长。

Diagnosis and Analysis of an Obvious Precipitation Process in Hetao in 2013

Abstract:By using conventional observation data, satellite cloud data, automatic station data and intensive rainfall data to analyze a heavy rain occurred in Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia during Jane 15 - 16, 2013. The results showed that this weather process occurred in "two grooves and one ridge" circulation background. High altitude short wave trough guide the lower northwest vortex traveling northeast to influence the Hetao Area, and good water vapor transport and strong water vapor convergence is one of the reasons of this heavy rain weather. The posi- tive vorticity advection and warm advection provided profitably dynamic conditions to produce and maintain the ascending motion in Hetao Area, this low level convergence and upper level divergence' s situation is propitious to heavy rain weather. The high negative vorticity caused di- vergence motion plays an important role on the low layer rise. Under certain conditions, terrain convergence function can cause the precipitati- on strengthening.
