| 摘 要： | 目的]研究细叶连翘组织培养与无性快繁技术。方法]以细叶连翘的茎及茎尖为外植体，以MS为基本培养基，添加不同浓度的6-BA和IBA，配制不同的培养基，对细叶连翘试管苗进行分化与诱导、增殖与生根培养试验，并对试管苗进行炼苗与移栽。结果]经分化与诱导培养后的无毒茎尖分化苗接种到增殖培养基中，10d后分化出丛生芽，20d后苗高3～4cm，将3～4cm的丛生苗转入生根培养基中，7d后有不定根形成，20d后丛生苗生根率达100％，根长2～3cm的幼苗经炼苗和移栽后，成活率可达98％。结论]获得了细叶连翘茎尖培养的启动培养基（MS＋6-BA0．5mg／L＋IBA0．2mg／L）、增殖培养基（MS＋6-BA1．5mg／L＋IBA0．2mg／L）和生根培养基（1／2MS＋IBA0．5ms／L），建立了细叶连翘的组织培养与快速繁殖体系。
