微波辅助制备棉籽油生物柴油的研究

摘    要:[目的]确定微波辅助制备棉籽油生物柴油的最佳条件。[方法]以棉籽油为原料,在微波辅助条件下,将其与甲醇反应制备生物柴油;通过正交试验考察醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间和反应温度等条件对酯交换反应的影响,确定最佳反应条件。[结果]影响酯交换反应的因素依次为醇油摩尔比〉催化剂用量〉反应温度〉反应时间;最佳工艺条件为醇油摩尔比7∶1,反应时间3min,反应温度50℃,催化剂用量为原料油质量的1.2%,此条件下生物柴油的得率可达95%以上;该试验所得生物柴油的主要质量指标达到了美国ASTMPS121-99生物柴油的质量标准。[结论]该研究确定了利用棉籽油制备生物柴油的最佳工艺。

Study on the Microwave-assisted Production of Biodiesel from Cotton-seed Oil

Abstract:[Objective]The purpose of the study was to ascertain the optimum condition for microwave-assisted production of biodiesel from cotton-seed oil.[Method]With cotton-seed oil as raw material,under microwave assistance condition,it was reacted with methanol to produce biodiesel.The effects of conditions including alcoh/oil mole ratio,catalyst dose,reaction time and reaction temperature on interesterification were investigated through orthogonal test and the optimum reaction condition was ascertained.[Result]The affecting factors of interesterification were alcoh/oil mole ratio > catalyst dose > reaction temperature > reaction time.The optimum technological condition was as follow:the alcoh/oil mole ratio was 7∶1,the reaction time was 3 min,the reaction temperature was 50 ℃,the catalyst dose was 1.2% of raw-material oil weight.Under this condition,the yield rate of biodiesel could be higher than 95%;the main quality index of biodiesel obtained in this experiment reached the quality standard for biodiesel in American ASTMPS121-99.[Conclusion]The optimum production technology of biodiesel from cotton-seed oil was ascertained in this study.
