摘    要:通过田间微区试验,研究了施用木醋液和多菌灵对番茄品质的影响。结果表明:番茄施用木醋液、多菌灵等杀菌剂后品质下降,具体表现为Vc和可溶性糖含量降低,硝酸盐含量升高;施用木醋液的番茄品质要优于施用多菌灵的。

Abstract:The wood vinegar liquid is a kind of biological fungicide,used in the farm crop and vegetable more and more extensive,but few researches on its effect on the quality of vegetable were done.The research indicated the tomato quality was difference after the use of the wood vinegar.The wood vinegar and carbendazim properly,the disinfectant made the tomato quality descend.The content of vitamin C and the dissolubility sugar content were lower.The nitrate content went up.The carbendazim was used to work properly to compare with the wood vinegar.The tomato quality after the wood vinegar used was better than after carbendazim treatment.
