烟叶主要含氮化合物含量变化规律研究

摘    要:研究了烤烟K326成熟进程中上、中、下部叶片总烟碱和总蛋白质含量的动态变化规律。结果表明,打顶后烟叶烟碱含量与打顶后天数呈极显著正相关,蛋白质含量与打顶后天数呈极显著负相关;选择合适的采收时间可控制烤烟中含氮化合物的含量。

Study on Change Law of Contents of Main Nitrogen-containing Compounds in Tobacco Leaves

Abstract:The dynamic change laws of contents of total nicotine and total protein in upper,middle and lower leaves of flue-cured tobacco K326 in its maturing process were studied.The results indicated that since topping,the content of nicotine in tobacco leaves had extremely significantly positive correlation with the days after topping while the protein content had extremely significantly negative correlation with the days after topping.The contents of nitrogen-containing compounds in flue-cured tobacco could be controlled by selecting suitable harvest time.
