摘    要:[目的]优选桑叶黄酮提取最佳工艺,并对黄酮进行降糖作用研究。[方法]以桑叶黄酮含量为评价指标,以浸提温度、时间、固液比和环糊精浓度为考察因素,正交试验优选桑叶黄酮的提取工艺,并利用提取物对Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠进行降血糖作用研究。[结果]在温度60 C°、糊精浓度20%、料液比1∶20、90min条件下,黄酮提取率最佳,且桑叶黄酮对Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠有明显的降血糖作用。[结论]优化的提取工艺简便、合理,可以指导桑叶黄酮的开发和利用。

Abstract:Objective]Optimization of the extract technology of the flavonoids from Morus alba L.leafage by Orthogonal experiment and study on its glucose-lowering effect .Method] Flavonoids contents in mulberry were as evaluation index, extraction temperature, time, solid-liquid ratio and cyclodextrin concentration were as investigation factors, Optimization of the Extract Technology of the flavonoids from Morus alba L.leafage by Orthogonal experiment and study on the hypoglycemic effect of extract to Ⅱ type diabetic mouse.Results] Extract rate was the best and mulberry flavonoids had obviously hypoglycemic effects on Ⅱ type diabetic mouse under the condition of 60 ℃ with 20% dextrine concentration, and the ratio of solid to solution was 1:20, 90 min.Conclusion] The optimum extracting technology and reducing blood glucose are simple and reasonable, and it provides a good reference for development and utilization of extract technology of the flavonoids from Morus alba L.leafage
