荧光法测定注射液中葛根素的含量

目的]建立一种测定葛根素含量的新方法。方法]以葛根素为材料,用无水乙醇将其稀释至所需浓度,用荧光分光光度计测定溶液中葛根素的荧光强度,建立葛根素浓度与其荧光强度之间的关系曲线。并考察乙醇浓度及常见干扰物质对葛根素荧光强度的影响。比较荧光法和紫外吸收分光光度法对葛根素制剂中葛根素含量的测定结果。结果]在1.0×10^-7-1.0×10^-5mol/L范围内,葛根素的荧光强度与其浓度具有良好的线性关系,线性方程为If=6.714 31×10^-6C＋2.703 99,检出限可达2.02×10^-8mol/L;葛根素溶液中乙醇含量小于5%时,乙醇浓度对葛根素的荧光强度无明显影响;在相对误差为±5%范围内,常见干扰物质对葛根素荧光强度的干扰均较小。结论]用荧光法测定葛根素制剂中葛根素的含量,具有操作简便、稳定性好、灵敏度高等特点。
