摘 要: | 目的]研究黄芩毛状根生长和产物代谢的规律。方法]采用毛状根培养技术,培养黄芩毛状根;采用HPLC法,测定黄芩苷和黄芩素含量;采用蒽酮硫酸法,测定培养液中残糖含量。结果]黄芩毛状根的生长曲线呈"S"形。培养40 d,鲜量、干重分别达112.8、14.2g/L,黄芩苷、黄芩素含量分别为8.16%、1.78%,培养液中残留的蔗糖、总糖、果糖、葡萄糖含量分别为0.02%、2.97%、1.06%、1.89%。结论]黄芩毛状根能有效富集黄芩苷和黄芩素。

Hairy Root Growth of Scutellaria baicalensis and Dynamic Research of Products Metabolism |

Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to study the growth of hairy root and the rule of products metabolism.Method] Hairy root of Scutellaria baicalensis was cultured with the technic of hairy root culture.The content of two flavonoids and the residual sugars were determined by HPLC and anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetry method separately.Result] The hairy root growth curve was S-shaped.When it was cultured for 40 d,the wet weight and dry weight reached 112.8 and 14.2 g/L,the content of baicalin and baicalein were 8.16% and 1.78%,the content of sucrose,total sugar,fructose and glucose were 0.02%,2.97%,1.06% and 1.89%.Conclusion] Baicalin and baicalein could be accumulated effectually in hairy root. |
