| 摘 要： | 从天气系统、数值预报、风暴潮增水特征等方面,对2008年8月22日滨海新区发生的一次风暴潮的原因进行了分析。分析表明,由于黄海气旋在东移过程中引起渤海偏东风,对滨海新区产生风增水,同时黄海北部的风增水造成的风暴潮波经渤海海峡呈逆时针传向渤海西岸堆积,并与天文高潮位叠加,实况潮位高达5.18 m。

Analysis of A Storm Surge in Binhai New Area |

| Abstract: | The causes for a storm tide in Aug.22,2008 in Binhai new area were analyzed from aspects of weather system,numerical prediction,storm time water increasing characteristics.The results showed that yellow sea cyclone cause east wind in Bohai during eastward process,at the same time,wind setup in north of Huanghai cause storm tide,and then storm tide accumulated in the west bank of Bohai and overlaid with astronomical tide.The live tide was up to 5.18 m. |
