摘    要:采用模糊综合评价方法,对石佛寺水库蓄水产生的环境地质灾害问题进行评价。利用模糊数学的理论,综合分析影响水库浸没产生条件,建立浸没程度评价指标体系和标准值,利用层次分析方法计算评价指标对浸没程度的影响权重。根据评价结果,提出库内布井抽水的解决方案,最终达到控制浸没现象,同时抽上来的地下水为沈阳提供水源,达到一举两得的效果。对石佛寺水库浸没的研究为解决实际工程问题提供了科学可行的依据,研究中浸没程度评价因子的选取、评价标准的制定对类似问题具有极大的参考价值,为浸没程度的评价提供了新的途径。

Research on Immersion Impact Assessment by Liaohe Shifosi Reservoir Retaining Water

Abstract:By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the environmental geological disaster problems caused by Shifosi Reservoir retaining water were evaluated.The fuzzy math theory was used to analyze the producing conditions of reservoir immersion,the immersion grade evaluation target system and standard value were built,and influencing weight of evaluation index on emersion was calculated with analytic hierarchy process.According to the evaluation results,well pumping water solution,and finally achieved controlling the phenomenon of immersion,at the same time pumping groundwater can be as Shenyang water supply sources.The study could provide scientific basis for solving practical engineering problems.The selection of emersion evaluating factor selection and assessment standard making in this study all have significant reference value,which can provide a new pathway for evaluation of emersion degree.
