| 摘 要： | 目的]针对仙茅市场需求量不断增长，野生资源受到严重破坏的情况，系统地研究了药用植物仙茅的组织培养及快繁体系的建立。方法]以仙茅根茎上的幼叶为外植体，在MS培养基上添加不同的激素配比进行组织培养。结果]外植体在MS＋6-BA0．50mg／L＋NAA0．05ms／L或MS＋6-BA1．00ms／L＋NAA0．05mg／L培养基中培养20d诱导产生愈伤组织；将诱导产生的愈伤组织转入不合激素的MS培养基中培养30d诱导产生芽，同时在芽的基部产生根；幼苗的移栽成活率高达95％以上。结论]采用组织培养方式可进行仙茅的快速繁殖，为确保药用植物资源仙茅的保护和可持续利用提供有效途径，
