| 摘 要： | 目的]建立悬浮培养飞廉细胞中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法]采用分光光度法测定悬浮培养飞廉细胞中总黄酮含量。结果]芦丁线性范围为0~0.6 mg(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD=1.5%(n=5)。结论]该方法简便、准确,重复性良好,可作为测定飞廉细胞总黄酮含量的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to establish the determination methods of total flavonoids content in the suspended cells of Carduus crispus L.Method] The content of total flavonoids in the suspended cells of C.crispus was determined by spectrophotometry.Results] The linear range of rutin was 0-0.6 mg (r=0.999 7),the average recovery was 100.4% and RSD was 1.5%(n=5).Conclusion] This method was simple and accurate and it had good reproducibility.It could be taken as the determination method of total flavonoids content in C.crispus. |
