灰蜗牛微孢子虫感染家蚕的研究

摘    要:目的]通过控制桑园中昆虫等生物的传染环境,达到控制家蚕微粒子病爆发。方法]将桑园蜗牛镜检发现携带微粒子孢子的磨液添食家蚕后镜检,同时将家蚕微粒子孢子添食蜗牛后镜检。结果]灰蜗牛携带的微孢子虫能够感染家蚕;家蚕微粒子孢子可以感染蜗牛。结论]通过综合治理灰蜗牛,至少可以辅助控制和净化桑园环境。

Abstract:Objective] By controlling the infective environment of insect in mulberry field,the outbreak of silkworm's microsporidiosis was controled.Method] Microscopic examination was conduced after silkworm was fed with the granding liquid contained pebrine of Fruticicola ravida Benso.Fruticicola ravida Benson was fed with pebrine spores.Result]Fruticicola ravida Benso which carried microsporidia could infect the silkworm.At the same time,the silkworm's pebrine could infect Fruticicola ravida Benson.Conclusion]T...
