| Abstract: | In this paper,based on the analysis of the present condition of the environment protection in the countryside in our country and the strategic status of environmental protection in the new rural reconstruction,the present law system of environmental protection and its insufficiency in the countryside were promulgated and the countermeasure of the establishment of legal system of environment protection in countryside was proposed. |
