摘    要:目的]研究低温胁迫对转ICE1基因水稻抗氧化酶系统的影响。方法]以水稻空育131及其转ICE1基因水稻T1-16及T1-24株系为材料,低温处理水稻幼苗0~2 d,测定其抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT、POD)活性及可溶性蛋白质含量。结果]经低温处理后,转基因水稻和非转基因水稻的抗氧化酶活性和可溶性蛋白质含量在变化幅度方面有明显的差异,低温处理2 d后,对照植株抗氧化酶活性和可溶性蛋白质含量均开始下降,而转基因水稻SOD、POD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量高于对照,且仍继续升高。结论]试验结果表明转入ICE1基因确实提高了水稻的抗寒性。

Effects of Low Temperature Stress on Antioxidant Enzyme System of ICE1 Transgenic Rice

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study the effects of low temperature stress on antioxidant enzyme system of ICE1 transgenic rice.Method] The rice Kongyu 131 and its ICE1 transgenic rice lines T1-16 and T1-24 were used as materials,and the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,CAT,POD) and soluble protein contents of the rice seedlings were determined through treatment at low temperature during 0-2 days.Result]The activities of antioxidant enzymes and soluble protein contents of transgenic rice and non-transgenic rice were of significant differences in the amplitude of variation after treated at low temperature.Specifically,the activities of antioxidant enzymes and soluble protein contents of the control plants both began to decline,but the SOD,POD activity and soluble protein contents of the transgenic rice were higher than that of the control,and maintained rising.Conclusion]The results of this experiment showed that inserted ICE1 gene into rice could improve cold resistance of rice.
