| 摘 要： | 目的]建立测定宁夏产秦艽中龙胆苦苷含量的方法。方法]秦艽经超声提取后,采用RP-HPLC测定宁夏产秦艽中龙胆苦苷的含量。结果]宁夏产秦艽中龙胆苦苷的含量均符合药典规定,属于正品秦艽,且栽培秦艽中龙胆苦苷的含量高于野生秦艽。结论]随着野生秦艽大量被采挖,目前秦艽市场的供需矛盾日益加剧,因此进行秦艽的人工种植及栽培研究,有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to establish the determination method of gentiopicroside content in Gentiana macrophylla produced from Ningxia.Method] After supersonic extraction,the content of gentiopicroside in G.macrophylla produced from Ningxia was determinated by RP-HPLC.Result] The content of gentiopicroside in G.macrophylla produced from Ningxia accorded with the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,so G.macrophylla produced from Ningxia belonged to the certified product of G.macrophylla.The content of gentiopicroside in the cultivated G.macrophylla was higher than that in wild G.macrophylla.Conclusion] As a large number of wild G.macrophylla were dug,the supply-demand contradiction of G.macrophylla markets become more aggravating day by day at present.So the manual planting and cultivation research of G.macrophylla has certain realistic significance. |
