干苹果渣补饲料对奶牛产奶性能的影响

目的]探讨干苹果渣补饲料对奶牛产奶性能的影响。方法]选择胎次、泌乳阶段、日产奶量相近的荷斯坦泌乳奶牛48头,随机分为6组。由苹果渣、苜蓿草粉、玉米和预混料组成奶牛补饲料并加工为颗粒状。试验1～5组补饲料含干苹果渣分别为17.5%、35%、52.5%、70%和0%。补饲量为3kg/head.d。结果]与对照组比较,试验2组和5组奶牛产奶量显著提高（P〈0.05）;试验3组和5组与对照组比较,乳脂含量显著增加（P〈0.05）。结论]干苹果渣补饲料能够有效改善奶牛的产奶性能。

Effects of Apple Pomace Supplementany Feed on Milk Performance of Daing Cows

Objective] To study the effects of apple pomace on milk performance of dairy cows. Method] A total of 48 Holstein dairy cows at the same parity and with close lactation stage and similar daily milk yield were randomly divided into six groups. The supplementary feed was composed of apple pomace, alfalfa meal, corn and premix, and it was processed into granular feed. In 1-5 groups, the apple pomace content was 17.5%,35%,52.5%,70% and 0%, respectively. The amount of supplementary feeding was 3 kg/head·d. Result] The milk yield in the experimental 2 and 5 groups were increased significantly(P<0.05), and the content of milk fat in the experimental 3 and 5 groups were also increased significantly compared with that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion] The supplementary feed of apple pomace can improve the milk performance of dairy cows effectively.
