摘    要:目的]为番茄商品性状的综合评价提供理论依据。方法]以7个樱桃番茄品系为试材,在果实完熟期测定果实外观品质(单果重和果色)、营养品质(维生素C、可溶性固形物、糖酸比和水分含量)和耐贮性(常温下贮藏21 d的变质率),以指标的标准差计算指标权重进行各番茄品系的综合评定。结果]综合评定结果表明,品系YH02-6的商品性相对较优,以其果实的营养品质和耐贮性较优;品系YH02-9、YH02-1和YH02-7的商品性较好,其中,YH02-9也是果实的营养品质和耐贮性较好,而YH02-1和YH02-7以其营养品质和外观品质较好;品系YH02-11、YH02-5和YH02-8果实的商品性一般。结论]标准差权重法用于番茄果实商品性状的综合评价,其方法简便易行,有较好的适用性。

Study on Application of Standard Deviation Weight Method in the Evaluation on the Commodity Traits of the Tomato Fruits
Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to provide theoretical base for the synthetic evaluation on commodity characters of tomato.Method] With 7 cherry tomato breeding strains as tested materials,after the appearance quality of the fruit(simple fruit weight and fruit color),nutrition quality(the content of vitamin C,solubility solidity,glucic acid rate and moisture) and storability(deterioration rate after stored for 21 days) were determined at full ripe stage,each tomato strain was synthetic evaluated with index weight calculated by index S.D.Result] The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the commodity characters of strain YH02-6 was relatively better for its excellent nutrition quality and storability.The commodity characters of strain YH02-9,YH02-1 and YH02-7 were also better,among them YH02-9 was better for its nutrition quality and storability.But YH02-1 and YH02-7 were better for its nutrition quality and appearance quality.The commodity characters of YH02-11,YH02-5 and YH02-8 were general.Conclusion] The method of S.D.weight was convenient and easy for the synthetic evaluation of tomato's commodity characters,and it had better applicability.
