豫产连翘挥发油化学成分研究

目的]更好地利用卢氏连翘。方法]以豫产连翘为材料,采用超临界CO2萃取法提取挥发油,再用气相色谱-质谱法研究豫产连翘挥发油的化学成分。结果]经GC-MS分析,所得质谱与标准图谱对照,确认了35个成分,占总量的72.965%,主要化学成分为β-蒎烯、香叶醇、1-松油醇-4、肉豆蔻酸、顺-亚油酸、环氧异香橙烯、角鲨烯、二十八烷、乙酸羽扇烯酸酯,其中乙酸羽扇烯酸酯尚未见文献报道。连翘挥发油烯类化合物的含量占所鉴定成分含量的40.050%,烷类占15.100%,醇类占7.135%,酸类占10.785%,酯类占24.327%。结论]豫产连翘挥发油化学成分中含量最大的成分为乙酸羽扇烯酸酯(17.068%),而非β-蒎烯,提示了豫产连翘挥发油的药用效果可能与其他产地不同。

Research on Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oil from Forsythia suspensa(Thunb) Originated in Henan

Objective] The aim was to better utilize Forsythia suspensa(Thunb) Vahl(F.suspensa).Method] With F.suspensa originated in Henan as tested material,the supercritical CO2 extraction process was adopted to extract volatile oil and the oil chemical constituents of F.suspensa originated in Henan was studied with gas chromatography mass spectrometry.Result] Through GC-MS analysis, after comparison of the gained mass spectrum with standard one,35 compounds were identified,which accounted for 72.965% of total amount.The major chemical constituents were β-pinene,Cis-Geraniol,1-Terpinen-4-ol,myristic acid,Cis-linoleic acid,Isoaromadendrene epoxide,Squalene,and Octacosane,Lupenylacetate,among which,Lupenylacetate had been not reported on the literature.For the F.suspense volatile oil,the content of ethylenic compounds accounted for 40.050% of the content of the identified components,that of alkane kinds for 15.100%,alcohols for 7.135%,acids for 10.785%,esters for 24.327%.Conclusion] In the chemical constituents of volatile oil from F.suspensa originated in Henan,the maximal composition with maximal content was Lupenylacetate(17.068%),but not βpinene,which revealed that the medicinal effects of volatile oil from F.suspensa originated in Henan might be different from the one in the other habitat.
