摘 要: | 目的]研究桑白皮总黄酮(FCM)对组胺所致离体豚鼠气管收缩的影响。方法]以离体豚鼠气管片为试验对象,观察桑白皮总黄酮对组胺引起收缩的影响。结果]桑白皮总黄酮对豚鼠离体气管平滑肌的静息张力有舒张作用,-lgEC50为(3.96±0.65)g/ml;时效曲线显示FCM在60 min内拮抗浓度10-5mol/L组胺作用,-lgIC50为(3.81±0.23)g/m。l结论]桑白皮总黄酮对组胺所致离体豚鼠气管收缩有抑制作用。

Effects of Flavonoid of Cortex mori on Histamine-induced Tracheal Contraction of Guinea-pig in vitro |

Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to investigate the effects of the flavonoid of Cortex mori(FCM) on histamine(His)-induced tracheal contraction of guinea-pig in vitro.Method] Guinea-pig tracheal smooth muscle was isolated and its contraction was induced by His.The antagonistic effects of FCM were studied in vitro.Result] FCM relaxed the normal tone of isolated guinea-pig tracheal sheets,the-lgEC50(g/ml) for FCM was 3.96±0.65.FCM inhibited His-induced tracheal contraction of guinea-pig within 60 min.The-lgIC50 of FCM on contraction induced by 10-5mol/L histamine was(3.81±0.23) g/ml.Conclusion] FCM could inhibit the histamine-induced tracheal contraction of guinea-pig in vitro. |
